A. No! It is absolutely FREE!
Q. When can I use Internet Banking?
A. Internet Banking with the Kaw Valley State Bank is available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Q. How safe is Internet Banking?
A. Kaw Valley State Bank has in place the highest security measures to make sure your information is kept safe and confidential.
Q. How do I change my password?
A. Once you have logged into Internet Banking, select the “My Preferences” option on the left. Then, simply pick the security feature you wish to update. Kaw Valley State Bank encourages you to frequently change your password.
Q. What happens if I forget my password?
A. If you have 3 failed log-in attempts, you will be temporarily locked out of Internet Banking. Please call your local Kaw Valley State Bank customer service department to have a temporary password issued.
Q. What are Alerts?
A. Alerts allow you to receive a notice via email when one of your accounts has met certain conditions. Currently, you can choose to receive an email:
- N days before a loan payment is due
- N days before a CD account matures
- when the balance on an account is above/below a certain balance
- when there are pending ACH items on an account
Q. How do I sign up for Internet Banking?
A. Print out our online form and mail it in to the KVB, or stop by one of our three locations.
